Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative, technically proficient Architect to develop innovative architectural designs, prepare technical and construction drawings, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and support projects through the full lifecycle in Victoria Island, Lagos
Key Responsibilities- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
- Translate client requirements into practical and aesthetically appealing architectural solutions
- Prepare drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation
- Produce 3D models, renders, presentations, and design visualisations
- Conduct site inspections, measurements, surveys, and assessments
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants
- Ensure designs comply with Lagos State planning, building, environmental, and safety requirements
- Monitor construction works to ensure approved designs and specifications are implemented
- Maintain accurate project drawings, records, and documentation
- Participate in design presentations, project meetings, and client consultations
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (BArch) or equivalent from a recognised institution
- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design, construction, or real estate
- Master's degree in Architecture is an added advantage
- Professional registration with the relevant Nigerian architectural body is an advantage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one 3D/BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or SketchUp
- Strong portfolio of completed or ongoing architectural projects is required
- Knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and Lagos State planning requirements
- Willingness to work from the company's office in Victoria Island, Lagos and attend sites across Lagos
