About this role
Ruebits—a values-driven non-profit child development and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) initiative—is recruiting a Programme Coordinator on a remote volunteer basis. Working directly alongside the Programme Lead across all three core operational pillars (Education, Entertainment, and Ephphatha), this administrative coordination role manages event logistics, task schedules, facilitator communication, and documentation for initiatives like Rue's Clubhouse, holiday camps, and community outreaches.
Key Responsibilities

Activity & Event Scheduling: Organize calendars, task boards, and operational schedules for outreach programs, virtual sessions, and on-the-ground camps.

Team & Stakeholder Logistics: Coordinate communication channels across volunteer teams, session facilitators, partner organizations, and community hubs.

Resource Readiness & Materials Prep: Assemble learning toolkits, digital/physical activity guides, and administrative resources prior to program execution.

Documentation & Data Management: Track attendance logs, compile session feedback, maintain project archives, and flag workflow delays early for rapid adjustment.

Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Project Management, Education, Public Administration, or related fields.

Experience Baseline: 3+ years of practical experience keeping complex schedules, administrative workflows, and multi-stakeholder initiatives organized.

Core Competencies: Detail-oriented execution, schedule tracking, proactive follow-through, volunteer management, and effective written/verbal communication.
