About this role
Ruebits—a values-driven non-profit child development and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) initiative—is recruiting a Programme Lead on a remote volunteer basis. Operating across all three core pillars (Education, Entertainment, and Ephphatha), this strategic leadership role manages project lifecycles, coordinates cross-functional teams of facilitators and creatives, establishes operational timelines, and oversees execution for programs like the Ruebits Clubhouse and community outreach initiatives across Africa.
Key Responsibilities-
Programme Planning & Scheduling: Design detailed workplans, project timelines, task breakdowns, and structural execution frameworks for new and ongoing child-focused initiatives.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Collaborate with volunteer facilitators, creative associates, partner organizations, and community leaders to ensure seamless program delivery.

Logistics & Progress Tracking: Oversee day-to-day administrative logistics, monitor milestone progress, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions.

Evaluation & Reporting: Track program metrics, conduct post-initiative evaluations, and prepare impact reports for leadership review.

Academic & Professional Background: Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, Education, or related fields.

Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, multi-stakeholder communication, proactive problem-solving, project lifecycle management, and operational execution.

Portfolio Assets: Evidence of past programs, project management templates, event frameworks, or leadership portfolios demonstrating successful project delivery.
