Strategy & Partnerships Associate

Ruebits—a values-driven child development and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) initiative—is recruiting a Strategy & Partnerships Associate on a remote volunteer basis. Working directly across the organization's three core pillars (Education, Entertainment, and Ephphatha), this remote engagement identifies strategic partners, drafts donor proposals, maps grant/funding pipelines, and executes outreach campaigns to scale child mentorship programs across Nigeria and broader Africa.

• Partnership Prospecting & Grant Research: Identify, map, and research prospective corporate sponsors, international donor agencies, educational institutions, and NGO collaborators.

• Proposal & Pitch Development: Author partnership pitches, grant proposals, project briefs, and stakeholder outreach communications for initiatives like the Ruebits Clubhouse and One Child One Bible.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain structured tracking logs for partner outreach, schedule follow-up engagements, and manage relationship conversion pipelines.

• Strategic Expansion Planning: Collaborate with leadership to refine long-term growth roadmaps, donor retention models, and brand visibility strategies.

• Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Mass Communication, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Experience Baseline: 2+ years of progressive experience in corporate partnership management, strategic planning, business development, or non-profit fundraising.

• Core Competencies: Partnership proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, grant pipeline tracking, persuasive communication, and strategic visioning.
