We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels, increasing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and driving customer engagement

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Manage digital campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and websites
• Plan, create, and oversee engaging content for digital channels
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads and social media advertising
• Monitor website performance, traffic, conversions, and engagement using analytics tools
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
• Manage and grow the organisation's social media presence and online community
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
• Monitor digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
• Work closely with sales, communications, and product teams to support lead generation

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, online marketing, or brand management
• Professional certification in digital marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, or HubSpot is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, and social media management platforms
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and editing skills
• Good understanding of website management and CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
