Strategy & Impact Analyst
About this role
Lafiya is seeking a research-minded Strategy & Impact Analyst to support evidence-based programme and strategic decisions through cost-effectiveness modelling, research, and data analysis. Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 monthly.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct analysis to support programme and resource allocation decisions.
- Maintain and update cost-effectiveness models.
- Track unit costs and programme performance.
- Build models to assess proposed programme improvements.
- Research evidence across SRHR and global health interventions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to decision-makers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience with cost-effectiveness or decision-analysis modelling.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of R or Python is an advantage.
- Experience in global health or international development is an advantage.
