Area Manager (Kinglace Operations)
About this role
Kinglace is recruiting an Area Manager to oversee its quick-service restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance of assigned stores.
- Lead, coach, and develop store teams to meet targets.
- Monitor sales, inventory, food cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and brand standards.
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor equipment, maintenance, and store performance.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics.
- Conduct store visits, inspections, and performance reviews.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years' experience in operations management, preferably within the QSR, FMCG, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple locations/stores and leading teams.
