Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support organizational objectives across Hospitality and Oil and Gas operations.
The role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development while ensuring adherence to labour laws, industry regulations, and company standards.
The HR Manager serves as a strategic business partner to management and ensures the organization attracts, develops, motivates, and retains a high-performing workforce capable of delivering operational excellence.
