General Manager

Perch Consults Limited is recruiting experienced General Managers for its hospitality clients in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Ibadan

Locations: Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Ibadan

Job Type: Full-Time

The successful candidates will oversee end-to-end business operations, including guest experience, revenue growth, cost control, team performance, compliance, and reporting to ownership

The ideal candidate must be able to manage a hospitality property as a business, not merely supervise daily activities

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 3 years as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or senior manager
• Proven track record of growing revenue and controlling costs
• Experience leading and developing large teams
• Strong sales, negotiation, and guest-relations skills
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and management reporting
• Willingness to work in Lagos, Port Harcourt, or Ibadan
