What We're Looking For
- Hands-on drilling operations experience
- Ideally Tool Pusher, Driller, or Senior Well Engineer level
- Strong upstream oil and gas exposure
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to provide technical insights that support executive decision-making
