Senior Product Designer - Design System

Moniepoint is a financial technology company providing payment, banking, credit and business management products.

The Senior Product Designer will own a scalable design-system ecosystem across products and platforms, connecting design decisions with accessible, reusable production components.

• Maintain visual quality across layout, typography, colour and hierarchy.
• Design and maintain reusable component libraries.
• Define interaction behaviours, states and motion patterns.
• Structure design tokens for consistency between design and code.
• Organise Figma variants, properties and libraries.
• Partner with engineering across web, React, Flutter, Android and iOS.
• Create usage guidance and system documentation.
• Support adoption, governance and cross-platform consistency.

• Proven experience building and scaling production design systems.
• Understanding of Web, iOS and Android constraints.
• Portfolio showing systems thinking and scalable decisions.
• Familiarity with how developers consume coded components.
• Advanced Figma libraries, auto-layout, variants and variables.
• Understanding of WCAG and inclusive design.
• Familiarity with React, Flutter and Atomic Design.
• Excellent writing, presentation and documentation skills.
