Lead, Channels and Audit Analytics

Moniepoint is an Africa-focused financial technology company providing payment, banking, credit and business-management tools.

Strengthen assurance over digital channels, payment products and technology-enabled processes through risk-based auditing and data-driven analytics.

• Lead risk-based audits across digital channels and payment products.
• Design continuous-auditing routines for control failures and fraud indicators.
• Develop analytics procedures using SQL, Python, Power BI, Metabase or similar tools.
• Assess risks and control effectiveness.
• Analyse transaction, customer, fraud, performance and compliance data.
• Review workpapers and audit reports.
• Prepare practical audit recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, operations, risk and compliance teams.
• Track remediation and validate closure.
• Coach audit team members and improve audit methods.

• Relevant bachelor degree in accounting, finance, computing, data, engineering or statistics.
• Relevant master degree or professional certification is advantageous.
• Experience developing audit analytics, continuous auditing and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
• Project-management capability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage concurrent audits.
• Experience coaching junior team members.
