Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (R&A) Technician
About this role
First Class Group Limited is a corporate services and utility firm specializing in cooling support services, HVAC systems, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC and cooling equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
- Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- OND, HND, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, cold rooms, and refrigeration units.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
Salary: NGN 180,000 monthly. Accommodation is also available.
