About the Role
SanlamAllianz Nigeria is hiring an experienced, result-oriented Life Insurance Team Leader / Unit Sales Manager in Lagos. This is a full-time onsite role to build and lead a strong sales team.
Compensation
NGN 200,000 monthly salary plus Monthly Overriding Commission (ORC).
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Team Leader / Unit Sales Manager in a Life Insurance Company.
- Must have the capacity to recruit and manage a minimum of 10-15 Marketers.
- Strong leadership, recruitment and sales management skills.
Location
Onsite in Lagos, Nigeria.
