About the Role
We are seeking a Business Auditor to evaluate business operations, processes, controls, and compliance across the organization. This is an onsite, full-time role in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of business units, operations, and processes.
- Assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Identify operational risks, control gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Review business processes and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to management.
- Follow up on agreed corrective actions and recommendations.
- Support risk management and internal control initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant business audit experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of audit, internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills.
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CIA, or related qualification is an advantage.
