Investment Officer

Lead Enterprise Support Company Limited is recruiting an Investment Officer for its client, a reputable investment company based in Alausa-Ikeja, Lagos. The role suits a highly motivated, analytical, and results-driven professional who will identify viable investment opportunities, conduct financial and market analysis, provide investment advisory services, manage client relationships, and support the execution of investment strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

The Investment Officer will drive investment decision-making across asset classes, from opportunity sourcing and due diligence through deal structuring, portfolio monitoring, and client reporting, while building strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, and regulators.

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend viable investment opportunities across various asset classes.
• Conduct financial analysis, investment research, market intelligence, and due diligence to support investment decisions.
• Develop investment proposals, business cases, financial models, and feasibility reports.
• Provide investment advisory services, recommending suitable products and strategies based on clients' financial objectives.
• Monitor investment portfolios and provide periodic performance reports and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's investment growth strategy.
• Participate in negotiations, deal structuring, and execution of investment transactions.
• Monitor market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting investment decisions.

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in investment management, investment advisory, wealth management, or financial services.
• Experience in investment banking will be a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and develop profitable investment opportunities.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio management principles.
• Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet-based research tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Applicants should ideally be between 25 and 35 years of age.
