OBIDA is seeking a customer-focused Retail and Digital Sales Assistant to convert in-store visits and online enquiries into sales, provide attentive service, and ensure accurate order processing and fulfilment
Job Details
- Location: Lagos, Nigeria
- Job Type: Full-time, In-store (including weekends)
- Experience: 2 years
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome store customers, provide styling guidance, and confidently close sales
- Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram, and website enquiries within one hour during working hours
- Accurately record sales and digital orders
- Hand over paid orders to the Operations team for fulfilment
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
- Ability to manage digital enquiries and process orders accurately
