About this role
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Work Mode: Fully onsite
Starting Salary: NGN 250,000 per month plus uncapped commission
Recruitment International is seeking target-driven Telesales Agents to engage leads, convert prospects and drive revenue
Responsibilities- Engage and convert qualified leads
- Build strong client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Achieve conversion and revenue targets
- Experience in financial brokerage, Forex, investment, insurance, marketing, FinTech or high-ticket sales
- Strong communication, persuasion and closing skills
- Target-driven, competitive and income-motivated

Successful candidates must complete a mandatory five-day training programme, scheduled to start the week of 12 October 2026
