Social Media Manager

Crex Creative Nexus (Krexx Space), a creative studio in Lagos providing professional studio spaces and production facilities for creators, photographers, brands and businesses, is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take ownership of Krexx's Instagram presence

The ideal candidate should be able to develop fresh ideas, create intentional content, actively build the online community and execute a consistent social media strategy that supports brand growth and bookings

Job Details

• Location: Akoka, Lagos (Hybrid)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: NGN 150,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Krexx's Instagram content strategy
• Create fresh and innovative content ideas aligned with the brand and audience
• Manage daily Instagram Stories and actively engage with the community
• Plan, shoot and execute Reels and other social media content
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve the strategy
• Create content that strengthens brand awareness and drives enquiries and bookings
• Work independently while collaborating with the creative and production team

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a brand's social media
• Strong creative and strategic thinking
• Ability to consistently develop original and innovative content ideas
• Strong smartphone videography and content creation skills
• Excellent understanding of Instagram
• Ability to actively engage and build community through daily Stories
• Strong execution skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, organised and able to take ownership of the role
• Good communication and collaboration skills
