Your Virtual Ally is recruiting an experienced Social Media Manager to own the social media presence of two founder-led brands: a business education and coaching brand for women building coaching and consulting businesses, and an entrepreneurship-focused podcast and media brand. The focus is on growing Instagram and YouTube

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Research the audience, niche, competitors, and relevant trends
• Plan and create founder-led, behind-the-scenes, educational, storytelling, podcast, testimonial, and promotional content
• Direct the founder on what content to record
• Manage day-to-day accounts: content calendar, captions, social graphics, short-form video and reels, scheduling, and stories
• Grow the audience, increase engagement, and improve follower conversion
• Use social media to drive digital product sales, coaching launches, leads, and podcast growth
• Track and report on follower growth, reach, engagement, content performance, and conversions, with clear recommendations

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for businesses or personal brands
• Experience growing social media accounts for coaches or consultants
• Strong grasp of content strategy, audience growth, and social media analytics
• Able to create or direct short-form video content
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organized
• Comfortable with Canva, social media scheduling tools, and project management tools such as Monday
• Experience with coaching, consulting, personal brands, business education, digital products, or podcasts is strongly preferred
