Job Details
- Location: Wuse 2, Abuja
- Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
- Compensation: NGN 80,000 - 100,000
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email
- Manage reservations, preferences, special requests, and guest records accurately
- Resolve routine complaints and escalate refunds or serious concerns promptly
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Must be based in Abuja
- Must be available to work on-site in Wuse 2
- Must be comfortable with rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
