• Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities

• Direct hosts, waiters, runners and cashiers through daily service
• Coordinate restaurant, bar and kitchen teams to prevent service bottlenecks
• Welcome guests and resolve complaints through follow-up
• Coach team members and address performance gaps directly
• Track service standards and improve team outcomes

Requirements

• Food and beverage floor supervision experience
• Front-of-house team leadership
• Guest complaint resolution skills
• Ability to coordinate restaurant, bar and kitchen teams
• Performance coaching capability
• Must be able to demonstrate measurable improvements in team service standards
• Willing to address poor performance and hold the team accountable
