A premium wellness and longevity clinic in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos is seeking an experienced, highly skilled and passionate Senior Aesthetic Nurse to join its growing team. Focus areas include advanced aesthetics, skin and scalp health, body sculpting and wellness

The clinic is looking for a versatile professional with extensive hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, advanced skincare, professional facial treatments, body sculpting, massage therapies and holistic wellness. The ideal candidate must be clinically qualified, professionally trained and capable of delivering exceptional treatments and luxury client experiences

• Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
• Employment Type: Full-Time (5 days per week)

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Facial and Skin Treatments

• Professional facials, deep cleansing, extractions and hydrating treatments
• Anti-ageing and skin rejuvenation treatments
• Microneedling and advanced skin treatments
• Chemical peels, dermaplaning and facial steaming
• Digital skin and facial analysis
• Personalised skincare consultations and aftercare

Body Sculpting and Massage Therapies

• Manual lymphatic drainage massage
• Brazilian-style lymphatic drainage and body contouring massage
• Body sculpting and non-invasive contouring treatments
• Swedish, deep-tissue and relaxation massage
• Body exfoliation and wellness treatments

Scalp and Hair Wellness

• Digital scalp and hair analysis
• Japanese head spa and professional head-wash treatments
• Scalp cleansing, exfoliation and conditioning
• Scalp, head, neck and shoulder massage
• Personalised scalp-care consultations

Clinical and Aesthetic Responsibilities

• Perform approved aesthetic procedures within professional scope and competence
• Support medically supervised aesthetic treatments
• Conduct consultations and client assessments
• Maintain accurate clinical records and provide treatment aftercare
• Uphold strict infection prevention, hygiene and patient-safety standards

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMCN practising licence
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial hands-on aesthetic treatment experience
• Recognised training and certifications in aesthetic procedures
• Proven experience in advanced facials and microneedling
• Professional training and practical experience in lymphatic drainage, body sculpting or massage therapies
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin conditions and skin types, especially darker skin tones
• Excellent clinical judgement, communication and customer-care skills
• Professional appearance, attention to detail and a passion for luxury wellness services

Additional Skills (Highly Desirable)

• Botox and dermal filler training and experience
• IV cannulation and infusion therapy
• PRP, skin boosters and other advanced aesthetic procedures
• Japanese head spa experience
• Experience operating skin and scalp analysis machines
• Advanced body contouring technologies
• Experience assisting doctors with intimate wellness procedures
• Additional international aesthetic or massage certifications

All invasive and injectable treatments must be performed within applicable professional authorisation, documented competence and clinical supervision requirements
