Responsibilities

• Analyze current and past financial data and provide strategies to increase revenue
• Research the market to identify new business opportunities, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports
• Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• Develop business development, marketing plans and growth strategy in collaboration with Management to achieve set revenue goals
• Build a referral and lead generation network and arrange business meetings with prospective clients to increase income generation
• Generate business by promoting and selling the bank's financial products, such as deposits and various loan facilities
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, and keep records of sales and revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Business Management or any other related field
• Minimum of 5 years of Business Development or Sales experience with a focus on the microfinance sector
• Proven experience in microfinance products sales is highly preferred
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• A desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
• Market research, strategy and business reporting skills
• Proven ability to work independently
• Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
