Sweet Sensation, a reputable Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) with multiple outlets across Lagos, is seeking experienced and passionate Restaurant Managers to join its growing team. Ideal candidates must be customer-focused, operationally sound, and capable of leading high-performing teams

Job Details

• Locations: Lagos Mainland and Island (preference for candidates near Lagos Island, Ifako, and Surulere)
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across front and back-of-house
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Implement customer loyalty and retention initiatives
• Develop and drive restaurant-level marketing activities
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Organize and supervise staff shifts
• Lead, coach, train, and evaluate restaurant team members
• Manage inventory, forecast needs, and ensure availability of supplies
• Minimize waste and maintain cost control measures
• Ensure a clean, safe, and positive working environment
• Monitor operations, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Introduce innovative strategies to boost productivity and sales

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in related fields
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities
• Prior experience in customer service
• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is an added advantage
• Good understanding of food and restaurant operations
• Excellent leadership, motivational, and people management skills
• Sound financial management and reporting abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Important Note

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who reside in or around Lagos Island, Ifako, and Surulere. Proximity to these locations is a significant advantage due to operational requirements and ease of commute
