Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO

Talo recruits global talent for fast-growing 7 to 9 figure ecommerce brands. On behalf of a confidential client, a founder-led, nine-figure direct-to-consumer travel brand for women that grew from a USD 5M to a USD 100M run rate in three years, Talo is hiring a senior Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO. This is a fully remote, long-term role on US Eastern hours with a real path to chief of staff or operations leadership

Job Details

• Location: Fully Remote (open to applicants in Nigeria)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: US Eastern Time
• Pay: USD 3,000 - 4,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's calendar, inbox, task list and follow-through across the whole team
• Capture every request from Slack, meetings, email and voice notes, and log it in ClickUp with an owner, deadline and status
• Chase every open loop until it closes, so nobody has to ask the CEO twice
• Deliver a daily brief on priorities, pending decisions and key numbers, plus a weekly summary of what is moving and what is blocked
• Prepare every meeting, turn notes into same-day action items and track outcomes from leadership meetings
• Use AI tools and automation daily to research, draft, summarise and save the CEO and team time

Requirements

• 4+ years as an Executive Assistant, founder assistant or senior Virtual Assistant to a founder, CEO or C-level executive, ideally US-based
• Proven experience building and running a task system that keeps a busy executive from dropping anything (ClickUp strongly preferred)
• Ecommerce or DTC experience strongly preferred, nine-figure brand experience ideal
• Full overlap with US Eastern business hours on working days, with fast replies to the CEO during those hours
• Reachable on evenings and weekends when something is urgent
• Proactive and persistent about closing loops and following up politely with senior leaders
