Job Details

- Work Arrangement: Remote, with business travel
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales activities and hit sales targets to grow presence in the assigned territory
- Approach and sign up new partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) and train them on the system
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new partners
- Spend about 10% of working time on business trips, including client meetings and industry events
- Provide market and competitive environment analysis
- Provide regular, comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems
Requirements
- 1+ year of successful experience in sales management or business development at B2B companies in the travel industry
- Understanding of the region's travel market, including B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs)
- Fluent in English
- Able to travel up to 40% of the time
- Data-driven, metrics-oriented, and good with numbers
- Proactive, ambitious, results-focused, comfortable in a fast-changing environment, and a team player
- International mindset and ability to work across cultures, reflecting ETG's global presence
- Competence in API technology deals is a plus
