We are urgently seeking an experienced HR and Operations Lead for a luxury fashion house specialising in bridal couture, bespoke tailoring, and premium ready-to-wear fashion
Job Details
- Location: Lagos, Nigeria
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1-2 remote days during the week)
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday
- Salary: NGN 500,000 - 600,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR functions, employee performance, and engagement
- Manage daily operations, workflows, and team accountability
- Track KPIs, coordinate projects, and prepare management reports
- Improve HR policies and operational processes
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in HR, Operations, or People Operations
- Strong leadership, organisational, and reporting skills
- Fashion, retail, or creative industry experience is an advantage
Important Work Arrangement
1-2 remote days during the week. Saturday on-site attendance is compulsory and non-negotiable due to bridal consultations, client fittings, appointments, and bridal order coordination
