Sales Executive

Rainha Hair is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support the growth of its wholesale hair business

The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with business owners and potential customers, comfortable with proactive sales outreach, and able to identify and pursue opportunities that contribute to the growth of the wholesale business

Job Details

• Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
• Compensation: NGN 150,000 - 200,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential wholesale customers, businesses and relevant prospects for Rainha Hair
• Conduct outbound calls, emails and other forms of outreach to engage prospective clients
• Follow up with leads and prospects throughout the sales process to move opportunities forward
• Qualify prospects, understand their needs and recommend relevant products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Present Rainha Hair's hair products and wholesale offering clearly and professionally to prospective customers

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation or a related role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
• Strong sales, business development and relationship-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and comfortable with outbound calls and direct client engagement
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Results-oriented with the ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
