Social Media Manager
About this role
Our client, a notable fashion brand, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Social Media Manager to grow its digital presence, create compelling fashion content, and drive engagement, enquiries and sales
Location: Okota, Lagos (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: NGN 300,000 - 350,000 Monthly, plus transportation allowance for offsite activities
Experience: 4+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms
- Create, shoot, edit and manage engaging photo and video content
- Plan, schedule and manage daily posts and community engagement
- Monitor trends and develop content aligned with the brand's identity and audience
- Track performance and optimise content based on results
- Collaborate with the team on promotions, new collections, shoots and brand events
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in social media management
- Strong photography, videography and content editing skills
- Proven experience growing social media accounts and online audiences
- Excellent written communication and community management skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current content trends
- Good knowledge of fashion, fabrics and the target fashion consumer
- Strong creative judgement and commercial awareness
- Ability to work onsite and attend shoots and events, including outside regular hours when required
- A strong portfolio or examples of previous work
