Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential clients through community outreach, networking, and field visits
- Conduct client interviews and site visits to assess business operations, financial standing, and creditworthiness
- Prepare loan appraisals and documentation for credit committee review
- Monitor loan portfolios and ensure timely repayments
- Build long-term relationships with borrowers and provide basic financial guidance
- Ensure loan processing complies with company credit policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- BA, BSc or HND
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
