About this role
Talentforge Solutions Limited, an HR consulting firm focused on recruitment, training and outsourcing, is looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Representatives to join the sales team in Abuja. The successful candidates will sell products directly to customers, grow market presence and meet daily and monthly sales targets
Job Details
- Location: Abuja (FCT)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: NGN 150,000 base per month plus commission on sales
Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential customers within assigned territories in Abuja
- Present and promote products to customers, shops and businesses
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Collect orders and ensure timely delivery and payment
- Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales, visits and expenses
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or SSCE with good communication skills
- Previous experience in direct sales or marketing is an advantage but not required
- Must be willing to work on the field full time
- Good knowledge of Abuja routes and markets will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented
- Must have a smartphone and be comfortable with basic reporting
Benefits
- Base salary of NGN 150,000 plus commission on sales
