Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution and completion of real estate development and infrastructure projects
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones and deliverables
- Supervise contractors, consultants, engineers and other project stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project quality and progress
- Review technical designs, project specifications, quotations and contractor deliverables
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget control
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, or a closely related field
- A Master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or a related field is an added advantage
- Relevant professional registration/certification in Nigeria is desirable
- 15-20+ years of professional experience, including at least 8-10 years in senior management
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, long term development projects or master-planned communities/estates, commercial and mixed-use developments beyond individual building projects
