Job Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Chinese dishes including Fried Rice, Noodles, Chow Mein, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Manchurian, Spring Rolls and Stir-fried Vegetables
- Perform precise slicing and cutting of meat, chicken and vegetables
- Operate the wok station and maintain high cooking standards
- Ensure food quality, hygiene and timely service
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chinese Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Excellent knife and slicing skills (practical test required)
