HR Associate

Hans & Rene, a Lagos-based premium gelato and dessert brand, is seeking an organised and proactive HR Associate (recruitment handled by Sisi HR) to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration and performance management while ensuring compliance with company policies

Job Details

• Location: Lagos
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Compensation: NGN 250,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling and selection
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, documentation and exit processes
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and personnel files
• Respond to employee enquiries and assist with HR policies and workplace matters
• Support attendance tracking, leave administration, payroll inputs and performance appraisals
• Assist with HR policy implementation, employee engagement and training programmes
• Prepare HR reports and support disciplinary procedures and grievance management
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant HR experience
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
• Strong communication, organisational, problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently or in a team
