Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate departmental teams
- Maintain service standards and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor inventory, POS systems, and financial controls
- Prepare operational reports and resolve day-to-day issues
- Ensure departments function effectively and deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven operations-management experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, lounges, hotels, or entertainment
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial controls
- Excellent reporting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak hospitality periods
