Business Development Manager
About this role
Dicalo Consulting Group, a management consulting firm offering business setup, accounting, business registration, consultancy, international tax advisory and business plan services, is seeking a proactive, results-oriented Business Development Manager (Lagos, remote) to drive client acquisition, brand visibility and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines sales execution with strategic marketing initiatives to attract, convert and retain clients
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
- Generate and convert leads into paying clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations and service presentations
- Negotiate and close deals in line with company guidelines
- Track and analyse marketing and sales performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to delivery teams
- Gather client feedback to improve services and messaging
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development
- Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills
- Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- High level of professionalism, integrity and accountability
