About this role
Castville Solutions, a healthcare-focused recruitment and business solutions provider, is seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager (remote) to manage its social media platforms, create engaging content and grow its online presence. The ideal candidate can create, shoot and edit high-quality videos and implement strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement and audience growth
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Create, shoot and edit engaging videos, including reels, promotional and product videos
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand and marketing objectives
- Design graphics, flyers and other promotional materials
- Plan, schedule and publish content consistently
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers
- Develop strategies to grow followers, engagement, brand awareness and sales
- Stay updated on social media trends and track performance with regular reports
- Collaborate with management on product, service and campaign promotion
Requirements
- OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Skilled in video shooting, production and editing
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and social media trends
Salary
NGN 120,000 - 150,000 monthly
