Inventory Supervisor
About this role
TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc is seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to oversee stocktaking, inventory reconciliation, reporting, and inventory control processes across company installations. The role is based at the Head Office in Lagos and works closely with regional teams, Supply, Distribution, Plants, and Depots
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in the monthly stocktaking exercise to verify physical stock across all company installations
- Prepare and analyze monthly stock variance reports for all plants
- Review and follow up on feedback from regions and depots on material variance reports
- Resolve stock-related requests from regions, depots, and plants
- Review and analyze stock losses and gains
- Carry out monthly general ledger account analysis and reconciliation
- Prepare quarterly stock reconciliation reports, including audit adjustments, in line with SEC reporting
- Prepare quarterly PAC reporting for the unit
- Review inventory movement postings across plants and coordinate corrective actions on incorrect parameter settings
- Work with the SAP Support Team to resolve inventory discrepancies and support key users on the Inventory Module
- Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation and coordinate responses to internal and external audits
- Guide and support end users on inventory management and stock-related procedures
- Participate in all company safety activities and comply with TotalEnergies Golden Rules
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or Management Accountant
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in SAP is required
