Person Specification
- University Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Ideal candidate: honest and hardworking, confident with good social skills, team player, resourceful, energetic, agile learner, detail-oriented
- Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license
Required Competencies
- Knowledge of transportation management to ensure efficient movement of goods
- Understanding of and adherence to regulations related to global trade for international operations
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify, analyse and resolve issues that arise in logistics operations
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with attention to detail
