About the Role
PowerPro (Power and Process Solutions) is recruiting a Product Support Engineer in Lagos, Nigeria to deliver expert technical support, commissioning, product demonstrations, and sales backing. This is a full-time, onsite role involving remote and on-site customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert technical support for industrial power and process solutions.
- Carry out system commissioning and product demonstrations.
- Provide sales backing, including product sizing and cross-referencing.
- Execute remote and on-site technical support and customer training.
- Produce clear technical reports and communicate effectively with customers.
Requirements
- HND, B.Sc., or B.Eng. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial automation, electrical systems, technical support, or field service.
- Hands-on proficiency in PLC, HMI/SCADA, VFDs, motors, instrumentation, control panels, sensors, and industrial communication.
- Proven capacity to execute remote/on-site technical support, system commissioning, and customer training.
- Excellent technical reporting, product sizing, cross-referencing capabilities, and communication skills.
