Calibration and Non Destructive Services Limited (CANDSL) is hiring a Business Development, Bid & Tendering Specialist for its Oil & Gas EPCI work in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
About the Role
Full-time onsite role supporting business growth and end-to-end tendering, from identifying opportunities to coordinating bid preparation, submission, compliance, and tracking outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify tender opportunities through NipeX, NNPC, NOGIC, IOCs, EPC contractors, and other platforms.
- Review ITTs, RFQs, RFPs, and tender requirements.
- Coordinate technical and commercial bid preparation and submission.
- Maintain bid schedules, compliance matrices, checklists, and trackers.
- Liaise with Procurement, Technical, Finance, Operations, and BD teams.
- Coordinate clarifications, vendor registrations, and prequalification exercises.
- Track bid outcomes and support continuous improvement of bid processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' relevant Oil & Gas experience in business development, bid management, tendering, or proposal coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas tendering, procurement, and commercial documentation.
- NipeX, NNPC, IOC, or major EPC experience is highly desirable.
- Strong proposal writing, analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
