Role Overview
The Head of People & Culture will act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, bringing expertise across all areas of human resources. This individual will translate people strategies into real-time achievements that directly impact the firm's bottom line. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, proactive, and hungry to build something remarkable
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with leadership to embed people initiatives into organizational strategy
- Talent Development: Oversee recruitment, retention, and employee growth programs
- Culture Building: Shape and sustain a high-performance, values-driven culture
- Hands-On Execution: Roll up sleeves to deliver practical HR solutions that drive immediate impact
Candidate Profile
- BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MSc or MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in strategic HR leadership roles
- Proven expertise across all areas of human resources, with a track record of supporting organizations to scale
- Strong ability to act as a business partner to leadership, translating people strategies into measurable outcomes
- Relevant professional certification or membership (such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) is highly desirable
- Must be proactive, hands-on, and able to think on their feet
- Goal-driven, ambitious, and passionate about building impactful people initiatives
