Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue
- Manage and optimise the customer journey and marketing funnel
- Plan and evaluate marketing campaigns and growth experiments across multiple channels
- Analyse customer behaviour and growth metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to improve product adoption and customer experience
- Identify growth opportunities across customer segments, channels, partnerships, and products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 - 6 years' relevant experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or customer acquisition, preferably in fintech or financial services
- Strong analytical, campaign management, and customer engagement skills
- Proven ability to deliver measurable growth outcomes
- Knowledge of business development, digital growth, data analysis, customer retention, customer journey optimisation, product development, and product marketing
