Key Responsibilities

• Develop lifecycle communication journeys for new, existing, inactive and dormant customers
• Plan and execute customer activation, engagement, retention and reactivation campaigns
• Segment customers based on behaviour, product usage, engagement and lifecycle stage
• Develop targeted campaigns tailored to specific customer segments and business objectives
• Manage email, SMS, push notification and in-app campaigns from planning to execution
• Work closely with Product and Technology teams to build and implement automated customer journeys and behavioural triggers
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
• Analyse customer behaviour and campaign data to inform future lifecycle strategies
• Continuously test and optimise messaging, timing, segmentation and communication channels

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, growth marketing or a related role
• Experience managing customer communication across email, SMS, push notifications and/or in-app channels
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journeys and marketing automation
• Comfortable working with customer data and campaign performance metrics
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as MailChimp, BigMailer, Zoho, Brevo or similar tools is an advantage
• Good copywriting and communication skills
• Experience in fintech, banking, technology or other digital products is an advantage
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear and engaging content
• Good understanding of digital content and social media trends
