About this role
a) Ensures shop cleanliness and appropriate display of sample goods to increase customer patronage
b) Complies with processes in place to manage and control company income and expenses on daily and weekly basis.
c) Complies with Company processes and procedures to eliminate leakages in the Company
d) Prepares invoice and ensure documentation/correctness of invoice issued to customers
e) Negotiates price with customers to ensure patronage and maximizing profit for the Company
f) Takes daily stock count, updates the stock card (i.e. bin card) and ensure accurate stock position in the shop at all time
g) Ensures that items sold to customers are well supplied with no damage or error in supply
h) Creates and update database of both new and old customers in our location
i) Ensures that customers are informed about the arrival of new goods/products and their benefits
j) Assures the Company of 100% revenue by taking record of goods sold on a daily basis
Any other related work that may be assigned from time to time
