About this role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and hardware.
- Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of company data.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage IT assets, software licences, and technology vendors.
- Oversee data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Ensure the availability and efficiency of business applications and IT systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably within a financial institution.
- Relevant professional IT certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, systems management, and data protection.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and technical support.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
