About this role
TrueBond Global Investments Limited is seeking a qualified ACIIN professional with solid hands-on experience in an Insurance Brokerage Firm to join our growing team.
Requirements
* Must be ACIIN qualified (Associate, Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria).
* Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in an insurance brokerage firm.
* Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage operations, policies, claims, underwriting, and client relationship management.
* Experience in preparing insurance quotations, negotiating with insurers, and managing client portfolios.
* Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the Nigerian insurance industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
* Must be professional, proactive, commercially aware, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain corporate and individual insurance client relationships.
* Develop and place insurance business with appropriate underwriters.
* Review policies and ensure adequate coverage for clients.
* Coordinate claims processing and follow up with insurance companies.
* Support business development and retention of existing clients.
* Ensure compliance with relevant insurance regulations and internal procedures.
