SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Location: Abuja
Work Arrangement: Fully Remote + 1 event or Marketing Day/Month
Schedule: 3 days/week | 15 hours/week
Base Pay: ₦80,000/month + 15% Commission of reached target
Monthly Target: ₦1,000,000+
The Role
We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven individual with a genuine interest in sales, telemarketing and business development.
Your primary responsibility is simple: generate revenue.
You will have the freedom to determine how you achieve this through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, partnerships, physical outreach and other effective sales channels.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with prospective clients.
- Make outbound sales and telemarketing calls.
- Pitch services and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Manage assigned leads through the CRM.
- Follow up on proposals and existing opportunities.
- Build referral and partnership opportunities.
- Take ownership of your sales pipeline and revenue target.
- Participate in one physical marketing/outreach day in Abuja each month.
- Contribute to and execute agreed monthly sales strategies.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in sales and telemarketing.
- Confident communicator and comfortable making calls.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven and commercially minded.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, LinkedIn and CRM tools.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Previous sales/business development experience is an advantage.
Compensation
₦80,000 monthly base + 15% commission on revenue generated and received by the client.
At the ₦1,000,000 monthly target:
₦80,000 base + ₦150,000 commission = ₦230,000 total earnings.
The more you sell, the more you earn.
Approved expenses for monthly on-site marketing will be covered separately.
