Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention
- Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labour laws
- Advise leadership on workforce planning, compensation, and workplace culture
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and integrity
